DraftKings Casino Grows Its Game Library As NetEnt Deal Expands To West Virginia

There is more good news for bettors living in the Mountain State. DraftKings Casino WV is set to receive a massive boost with its game offerings thanks to an expansion of its partnership with the provider NetEnt.

The digital entertainment company announced this month that its popular game titles available in New Jersey will soon be coming to both West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

NetEnt is well-regarded in the online gambling world for its wide selection of popular casino table games and online slots.

DraftKings was the first West Virginia online casino to launch. It went live for residents on July 15, 2020. Overall, DraftKings Casino is doing quite well. The online casino is the leader in the state in both betting handle and revenue thus far.

Of course, DraftKings had the advantage of entering the market first and it’s maintained a lead over BetMGM Casino WV.

In total, bettors in the state wagered almost $60 million on online casino games over the last four weeks.

After setting a new record for handle with over $17 million for the week of Oct. 3, online casinos accepted more than $15 million in bets the following week. There is clearly a strong market in the state, and these figures should only continue to rise.

NetEnt’s move into WV will certainly help. Its extensive collection of game titles assisted DraftKings to be among the leaders in a very congested online gambling state.

NetEnt has provided plenty of slots titles in NJ since last July.

This is perfect for the DraftKings  Casino, which initially debuted with just one WV online slots game for its customers. While it has added lots of titles since that point, this development is crucial for long-term success.

WV bettors will soon have the chance to play Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Divine Fortune and much more.

NetEnt joins DraftKings Casino WV

Online casino betting in WV doesn’t appear like it will slow down anytime soon. Since finding its footing in the first few weeks of going live, betting handle for online casinos has remained consistent.

In every week of the last two months, the online handle hasn’t dropped below $10 million. When the available apps add more games and additional platforms launch, the WV market may take off even more.

It’s clear that online betting is the preferred choice, and that trend should only continue to increase.

DraftKings may have the top spot in the state at the moment, but it knows there is a lot of competition. Beyond BetMGM, which has been impressive as well, other apps like FanDuel Casino are preparing to launch in the WV market.

This deal that adds NetEnt’s popular library to its WV online casino is huge for DraftKings. It will help the operator take even more control now and allow it to keep performing well even when there are more competitors.

NetEnt’s vice president of commercial for the Americas, Brian Kraft, spoke about this new expansion with DraftKings. According to the company website, Kraft said:

“DraftKings’ size and market presence make this launch one of the most significant to date. We’re proud to expand our relationship with such a well-known operator and look forward to continuing the success that we’ve achieved together so far. We are thrilled to have such a renowned operator on board as we enter new jurisdictions.”

NetEnt’s additions to the DraftKings Casino should be available in the near future.

Once the provider’s titles are listed on the WV betting app, that won’t be it, though. The software developer typically looks to launch a new title every month.

Top NetEnt game titles

A variety of games is key for online casinos. Since there aren’t an endless amount of ways to play casino games, especially online, fresh titles are important.

These games must attract the attention of bettors who typically have access to any platform they want.

NetEnt is one of the best in the business at delivering these new and fun games that bettors of all kinds can enjoy.

Although there are probably a lot of games you might not recognize if you’re just a casual gambler, many of them are actually quite notable.

NetEnt has created some of the most popular online casino games in the US, including movie-themed slots like Jumanji and Planet of the Apes.

When DraftKings expands, it could get even more control of the new WV online casino industry.

In the most recent week of reporting from the WV Lottery, DraftKings Casino took in nearly $11 million in wagers. This was the second consecutive week in which it saw over $10.9 million in betting handle.

The $10,938,929.20 in handle for the week of Oct. 10 was about 72% of the online casino wagers placed for the week.

While you can play live dealer games, blackjack, roulette, video poker and more at online casinos, slots are usually the most popular.

DraftKings’ new deal with NetEnt will give its customers an entire new selection of amazing slots titles to play.
